Elvin was born and raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles. Prior to mortgage lending, he worked full time as a professional DJ and musician as part of the Low End Theory collective. Now going on his fifth year in the mortgage industry, Elvin has experience with a variety of loan products and focuses on first time home buyers as well as non-QM options for creatives. For him, helping others achieve their dream of home ownership is the best part of his job. He enjoys DJ’ing for fun and is an avid collector of vinyl, sneakers and collectible toys.
