Ron Sequeira has had the pleasure and privilege of helping clients realize the dream of homeownership since the start of his career in 1999. His talents and dedication in the mortgage industry have been recognized time and again with several awards for being in the top 1% of his industry. With a deep passion and advocacy for mental health, Ron has sat on the Board of Directors for Rose City Counseling Center since 1999. He's received awards and recognition for his success and steadfast dedication to mental health services by the City of Pasadena. In his spare time, he loves to dedicate himself to his family, Olympic Weightlifting, and the performing arts.
Jesse Perez is a 15 + year banking and mortgage veteran who joined the We Fund LA team in April of 2021. Jesse's attention to detail and highly effective communication is a true testament to his commitment to service excellence. Jesse has held a wide variety of positions though out the years and has lead large scale implementation teams. Jesse enjoys the outdoors and enjoys camping with his daughter Emily.
