With over 16 years of experience as a Senior Mortgage Banker along with being featured as top producer of the month in the Mortgage Banker Association Magazine, Daniel now leads the We Fund LA team. Ron Sequeira has had the pleasure and privilege of helping clients realize the dream of homeownership since the start of his career in 1999. His talents and dedication in the mortgage industry have been recognized time and again with several awards for being in the top 1% of his industry. Ron's genuine and personal approach, along with an unwavering commitment to trust and accountability, has helped him forge the deep and strong relationships that have allowed for a long, successful mortgage career. With a deep passion and advocacy for mental health, Ron has sat on the Board of Directors for Rose City Counseling Center since 1999. He's received awards and recognition for his success and steadfast dedication to mental health services by the City of Pasadena. In his spare time, he loves to dedicate himself to his family, Olympic Weightlifting, and the performing arts.
Jesse Perez is a 15 + year banking and mortgage veteran who joined the We Fund LA team in April of 2021. Jesse's attention to detail and highly effective communication is a true testament to his commitment to service excellence. Jesse has held a wide variety of positions though out the years and has lead large scale implementation teams. Jesse enjoys the outdoors and enjoys camping with his daughter Emily.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and has a passion for rehabbing homes.

When not working, Sergio's favorite pastime is enjoying outdoor activities with his wife and kids, especially off roading in the family jeep with friends!
Elvin was born and raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles. Prior to mortgage lending, he worked full time as a professional DJ and musician as part of the Low End Theory collective. Now going on his fifth year in the mortgage industry, Elvin has experience with a variety of loan products and focuses on first time home buyers as well as non-QM options for creatives. For him, helping others achieve their dream of home ownership is the best part of his job. He enjoys DJ'ing for fun and is an avid collector of vinyl, sneakers and collectible toys.
